Cedric Philibert
IEA
Cédric Philibert is an analyst with the International Energy Agency. He is with the IEA Renewable Energy Division, and earlier worked in IEA’s climate change programme. He has published several books and numerous journal articles on climate change policy and renewable energy, and teaches energy policy at Sciences-Po Paris. He previously was advisor to the CEO of the French Agency for the Environment and Energy Efficiency, and worked for UNEP.
